MobStop is centered around preventive action against mobbing (particularly with a contribution to migrant selforganisations). One of the focal points will be the antiracist communication compentence. In strengthening these competences, causes for conflicts in organizations with discriminated and non discriminated persons working together can be reduced. In the first phase there will be development of tools for mobbing-prevention and elaborate as a new service. In the second phase these tools will be tested by measures of making persons more sensitive to these tools, by interventions and councelling. The tools also will be tried an tested, experimently transferred and they will be published (reader, homepage).
MobSTOP is aimingat the improvement of the quality of jobs in NGOs in the cultural and social field. Results will be documentations about tools - to prevent mobbing (especially mobbing on the grounds of racism) - to cope with actual mobbing situations - to transfer the abilities of antiracist communications.
